Plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of nursing services in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines to foster the highest degree of quality care in Hi‘olani Care Center. This Hi’olani Care Center comprises of Assisted Living, Memory Support and Skilled Nursing.
RN (License Required)
On-call
Starting Pay – $42.00 per hour
Responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of all nursing care prescribed and provided to the resident.
LPN (License Required)
Part-time/On-call; Shifts: 6a–2:30p, 2p–10:30p
Starting Pay – $29.00 per hour
Responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of all nursing care prescribed and provided to the resident.
CNA (License Required)
Full-time/Part-time/On-call; Shifts: 6a–2:30p, 2p–10:30p
Starting Pay – $22.00 per hour
Provides care for residents in Skilled Nursing assisting with personal care needs which enable the resident to maintain good personal hygiene, to carry out activities of daily living, to maintain good health and to participate in the activities of the community.
Resident Care Assistant
Part-time/On-call; Shifts: 6a–2:30p, 2p–10:30p
Starting Pay – $18.00 per hour
Assist residents with their activities of daily living to ensure that they are receiving person-centered care and service.
Activity Aide – Lifestyle Assistant
Full-time
Starting Pay – $17.00 per hour
Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of resident programs that provide opportunities for residents to participate in events that maintain optimal levels of mental, physical, spiritual, and social well-being.
Assistant Cook
Full-time (40 hours)
Starting Pay – $19.50 per hour
Prepare all foods to meet quantity and deadline requirements in accordance with departmental quality standards.
Line Cook
Full-time
Starting Pay – $22.00 per hour
Prepare all foods to meet quantity and deadline requirements in accordance with departmental quality standards.
Dishwasher – Kitchen Utility
Full-time (40 hours)
Starting Pay – $17.00 per hour
Responsible for various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish and pot washing, general kitchen cleaning, and the storing of food and non-food supplies. Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary.
Kitchen Storeroom Clerk
Full-time (40 hours)
Starting Pay – $18.00 per hour
Responsible for various kitchen storage activities such as receiving and storing of food and non-food supplies, issue food materials and supplies upon request, perform custodial duties in storeroom and associated areas, and perform simple clerical work necessary to maintain inventory levels.
Healthcare Server
Part-time; Shifts: 10a-6:30p, 4p-7p
Starting Pay – $17.75 per hour
Responsible to serve meals to the residents of The Hi’olani Care Center in a professional manner and responsible for set-up and cleaning of the Dining Room while maintaining hospitality and service standards.
Accounting Clerk
Full-time
Starting Pay – $20.00 per hour
To perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. Responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will run accounting software programs to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
Live Well Community Outreach Liaison
Full-time (32 hours)
Starting Pay – $25.00 per hour
Assists with the development and implementation of the Live Well Community Outreach Plans, and all relevant activities relating to these plans with the goal of fulfilling the organization’s charitable mission, maintaining/improving census, and a desire to help seniors and impact lives..
The following pre-employment steps will be required for all employees prior to starting work:
• 2-step or Chest X-ray TB Clearance within the past 12 months
• Pre-employment drug screen/Pre-employment physical & Clear criminal background
